The Electronic Access to Court Records Project is governed by rules promulgated by the Florida Supreme Court. Access levels available to Public access users and Attorneys of Record are defined by the Florida Supreme Court's Access Security Matrix.
The Electronic Access to Court Records Project requires Attorneys to register for Attorney of Record access.
Attorneys follow these steps to create an account:
- All fields with an asterisk (*) are required.
- Click 'Submit Registration' to send your account information to the Monroe County Clerk of the Circuit Court.
- You will receive an email confirming your registration within 2 business days from receipt of your signed notorized access agreement.
